We want our guests always start their day in the best way, and for this reason we offer them every morning healthy, genuine and strictly homemade products!
In our B&B you will find an international buffet breakfast, different every morning and with an extensive menu of sweet and savory cakes, meats and cheeses, bread and focaccia, omelettes and croissants, over that biscuits, jams and honey, to enjoy with tea, cappuccino, coffee or fruit juice.

Free WiFi
Throughout the property there is a WiFi connection, which our guests can access for free.
Free Parking
In our structure there is a free private parking, for a maximum of 5 cars (1 per room).
Daily Cleaning
We offer a daily cleaning service, in the structure and into the rooms.
Parking Pass
We provide a parking pass to park for free in designated areas of the center.
Bus Tickets
We provide timetables and tickets for bus that leads into the center of Levanto.
Laundry Service
In the structure there are washing machine and dryer (paid service).
Special Menù
In case of special diets, on request its possible to agree an alternative menu with the guest.
Food & Drinks
In the common area, our guests can always find sweet food, tea and coffee.

Check-in & Check-out
You can check-in at our B&B from 03.00 pm to 09.00 pm. The check-out must be done before 10.00 am.
Pets Allowed
The animals, escorted by responsible owners, are welcome in our B&B (obviously respecting the other guests). The property doesn't provide bowls, mats, sheets or pet food, so please bring with you everything you need for your four-legged friends before your arrival!
Non-smoking rooms
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the structure and in the rooms. Smokers will enjoy more than any one our large outdoor spaces.
Architectural Barriers
Being our structure an historical building, distributed on several levels, there are architectural barriers. Since there aren't stairlifts or lifts, we are forced to not raccomend our property to people with physical disabilities.
